The position is both intellectually and physically demanding. Potential applicants must be avid readers and love sharing their knowledge of what they've read, be highly computer literate, and easily able to learn new programs and systems quickly in a multi-tasking environment. Successful candidates must interact well with coworkers and customers, but also be able to function independently.
